- For same day booking please contact Melbourne Private Apartments as soon as you have completed your booking and we will advise of our check-in procedures.

- Melbourne Private Apartments apply a 2% credit card processing fee for all Visa and MasterCard payments.

- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Payments are available, please contact us for details.

- Melbourne Private Apartments do not provide any housekeeping services as our privately managed apartments are fully self-contained, however should you require housekeeping services during your stay, please contact MPA to arrange a quotation as additional charges apply.

- MPA do not offer luggage storage, however we may offer a complimentary early check-in or complimentary late check-out subject to availability.

- A late check in fee of AUD 40 applies for arrivals between 6pm and 9pm and AUD 80 for arrivals after 9pm, this fee is payable on arrival directly to your Host.
